A quiet, comfortable and excellent hotel that deserves 5 stars. It is close to the metro station. The rooms are clean and the furniture is new. The room cleaning service is very excellent. The bed is comfortable. The location is more than wonderful. The reception staff are very polite and their treatment is excellent, especially Mrs. Tugba. The breakfast is good and varied. I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you. I will return to it.

The hotel was very cleaned. The rooms very beautiful and everything you would’ve needed was provided. The staff treated me with profesionalism, even helped me with checking my bags weight and securing with the foil wrap. Also let me mention the lady from cleaning which was such a nice lady , she even changed my beds sheets with one day before I left without to even ask . For 5 days I been there she cleaned my room and kept nice, refill the water , coffee , changed towels . I would’ve change the kitchen (breakfast) service as they charged me 200turkis lira for 2 fried egg even this was not in the menu but the vegetable omlet were in the menu with 150turkis lira I think this price is extremely for 2 eggs. Also they were not cooking the omelet which it was normally in the men, I ordered for extra charge and after 5 minutes they brought omelet for menu. This is an unfair experience from the kitchen staff .

At Mr Beyaz hotel we had a really nice time. Hotel is small but very cozy. We were well looked after. Staff was kind and helpful. Lady at the reception desk I think her name is Tugba welcomed us with a big smile. Explained all the procedures about our stay and breakfast which was included in the price. Housekeeping staff every day cleaned our room and left us fresh clean towels. Shower was the best part! Big and with a good water pressure! ☺️Comfortable bed. Kettle with cups, tea, coffee etc. where always ready to use. Breakfast was neither too much nor too little. Exactly what you need! Always fresh. Thank you for your hospitality and now we know where to come again.

I liked everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service and GREAT facilities (especially for the price that the hotel had)! Good neighbourhood! I came back in this hotel cuz I was years ago, alone in Istanbul for an internship and never had a problem there, I was safe! I didn’t make an review that time( I think it was the year that the hotel opened for the 1st time, I’m not sure) and I don’t remember the name of the Menager or the Ceo but he was veryy polite, he helped me to carryy my big luggage with the hotel car till the Bus Station :)

The staff were able to speak multiple languages, so we were able to communicate very well. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We didn't feel like strangers in a building. The super kind receptionist Tugba, who was working during our stay was exceptional and helped us out a lot and gave us really good recommendations.

The room was very clean, and the receptionist Mana, she was always amazing. always there when I needed help, made my stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience. Highly recommend.

We found this hotel by chance on the internet. Our goal was to find an affordable place in the city center. First, we wanted to stay in this hotel for one night and then go to a better hotel. But from the moment we entered the hotel, we were met with a warm and sincere treatment by the hotel staff. The hotel manager told us: If you find a little dirt in your room, we will refund all your money. We did it too 😅😅 We were really looking for faults. 😅😅 From breakfast to the lobby, we checked everywhere. The hotel is really clean and I did not find any fault. Then we decided to extend our room for another 5 days. And we are happy about this decision. This is a different hotel, very wonderful. This hotel is definitely very good.

The reception team (Shirin, Mana, Sarwar and Adam) are very professional and friendly. All hotel staff are very friendly. If you are a traveler for any reason, you know that there is a big difference between star hotels, boutique hotels and hostels. But to be honest, this boutique hotel is no different from multi-star hotels in terms of breakfast. And in terms of cleanliness, it is much cleaner than 4 or 5 star hotels. The distance from the hotel to the main street is about 3-4 minutes. The location of the hotel is such that it is easy to access all areas of Istanbul and shopping centers. If you want to have a comfortable stay, I recommend this boutique hotel to everyone.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Upon arrival, they welcomed me with Turkish coffee. From the hotel, it is less than 4 minutes walk to the main street, and less than 8 minutes walk to Osman Bey subway. As it is located in the city center, it is very easy to access the bus, metro and metro bus. It is located in a very quiet and safe area. The receptionists are very kind. There, I realized that the reason for the cleanliness of the hotel is because of the management of Ms. Zainab and her team. I am very grateful to all the staff. I wish I could write all their names in this comment.
